Welcome...
The Camden-Rockport Animal Rescue League was founded to provide a safe,
comforting place for animals that are looking for loving, permanent homes.
We are a private, non-profit animal welfare organization that provides care and
love to all types of homeless animals. We believe in offering them a caring,
loving environment for their natural lifespan. CRARL is a no-kill facility
that offers our animals exceptional love and attention.
Please consider
helping us continue our work with the animals. There are so many ways you can
help - from donating supplies to volunteering at the shelter. And of course we
are always grateful for any monetary donations. We need your help and support to
continue providing loving care to the animals that need a helping paw.
All the animals at the shelter as well as the staff and Board would like to
thank all of the wonderful people that have helped the shelter. Whether you have
donated money or items or have donated your time as a volunteer, we are
very fortunate to have your generous support. Thank you so much.
We would like to remind people to
please spay and neuter their pets. If you can’t afford to the procedure
please contact the shelter regarding our spay and neuter program sponsored by
Blake Veterinary Hospital in Northport or talk to your vet in regards to a
payment plan.

Camden-Rockport Animal Rescue League Needs Pat a Pet Volunteer!
Are you willing to take a shelter animal on field
trips to local nursing homes or a retirement community? CRARL’s Pat a
Pet program needs you!
Pat a Pet is a fabulous program allowing the
shelter animals a little time away from the shelter as well as the extra
love and attention they crave while giving the senior citizens of a few
local retirement communities and nursing homes the opportunity to visit
with our animals. It’s extremely rewarding for all involved and a
wonderful program for parents and their children to do together. If
you’re interested in volunteering or would like more information please
contact Marty Martens at 230-6688.
